Roasting technology: negative pressure + fluidized bed

The Master Line comes equipped with a modern roasting chamber system that operates with negative pressure and a fluidized bed, promoting more efficient circulation and more stable control throughout the process. In practice, this translates into:

  • Higher consistency between batches (repeatability)

Special roast curves for higher quality and standardization

SIATEC’s system enables the use of special roast curves, helping ensure quality and uniformity even at high volumes. This facilitates standardization of the final product and improves control over the roast level according to your market objective (blends, lighter/darker roasts, specific profiles, etc.).

Real yield gain: at least 3% per roast

In addition to thermal performance and standardization, the Master Line also stands out for process efficiency: it provides a weight-yield improvement of roasted coffee of at least 3% per roast, when compared to cylindrical-model roasters.
